Unfortunately
we cannot drive to the Everest Base Camp (Tibetan side) because unforeseen snow
came up and several people were killed while others are still stuck on the
E.B.C. It stays closed for several weeks.
Fortunately,
the view from our minibus comforts us completely and going to a very small temple
in Lhatse is a small compensation.
