Ingredients:
Potatoes, Garlic, Onions, Chili, Flour, Magic Uttam Massala, Carrots, Ladyfinger, Cabbage, Tomatoes, Sesame, Ginger, Oil, Water, Cumin seeds

1- First of all you need to be patient and motivated to sacrifice a lot ( several hours) of your time for the preparation
2-Make sure you are in excellent company
3- Hack boiled potatoes, cabbage, onions, garlic, ginger, carrots, tomatoes, "ladyfinger", chilli ( or other vegetables if you so desire...)

4- Prepare the dough by mixing flour with water. Roll little dough balls and flatten them to small frisbees.

5- cook the sauce: roast the sesame, add the tomatoes, then garlic, onion, ginger. Add some Magic Uttam Massala. Also add as much water as you like your sauce to be liquid. Let it cook for several minutes.

6 -Mix all the vegetables with some Cumin seeds, chili, garlic, ginger and onion. Add a spoon of Momo-Massala and 2 spoons of Magic Uttam Massala. Complete the filling with some salt and pepper.

7- Fill the frisbees and close them into half-moon shapes

8- Let them steam until they are ready and enjoy your yummy meal.

Nepal-Goodbye friends

...and when they leave, they take a little bit of us with them and a little bit of them stays with us....
Décke Kuss a merci (Anne, Jacobino, Lis, Mirco an L'Or) fir di fabelhaft Gesellschaft... c you soon!

Nepal-last days in Kathmandu

Back in Kathmandu we did some last sightseeing and shopping before our friends had to leave us. We were amazed by Bhaktapur and were lucky to whitness a festival in Durbar Square. To our astonishment the fourth Gay Pride took place at the same spot. What a modern city KTM is!-or is it just a city of contrasts?
Unfortunately the bitter moments came quicklier than we'd expected...and for our friends saying goodbye to Uttam was the first step of leaving Nepal.
