After just one hour flight we arrived in Yogyakarta. Here we spend two days and visited the amazing Borobudur (Buddhist Temple) and could even get up to
its upper level, an area that was closed when we visited 4 years ago.
On the next day we drove to Prambanan Temple. The renovation of this hindu complex has made the whole area even more spectacular than we remembered. For our visitors, these Temples seemed out of this world and they were as amazed as we were.

Luckily on the last day in Yogyakarta we could attend the
Independace day parade which looked more like a carnival parade. It was a lot of fun.
